Ayurvedic cookbook review by Simple Indian Food

Blogger Suchitra of Simple Indian Food has just posted a REVIEW of Sukham Ayu. She lives in Chennai & writes about blogging, about crafts, cookbooks & shares her recipes. It is interesting to note that this avid foodie has never entered the kitchen in her younger days, and now she aspires to be a cookbook author some day. Way to go Suchitra.

What makes her review interesting is that she has taken the effort to identify her favourite recipes from the various sections of the book.

She says about Sukham Ayu, “It is a perfect book for a layman to incorporate ayurveda in the day to day food. There are more than 60 vegetarian recipes classified in different categories that are simple to make and nutritious at the same time…So the reader can look forward to Nutritious, tasty and simple recipes in the book…Overall, a must buy for all those aiming at healthier living.”
