Siri Pulipaka creates enchanting moments in her life & blog by finding & innovating recipes that ‘connect’ and ‘talk’ with her. She writes on her blog: “Foods that we take everyday have the power to protect & heal us and they are our first line of defense to fight off our illness.” This thought is the inspiration for her online event Healing Foods. The idea is to choose one ingredient or concept related to food & to invite bloggers to feature recipes around the theme highlighting health benefits of foods. The challenge for the participants is to come up with recipes in their most ‘healthy form’.
Siri is also an avid admirer of both our cookbooks “Cooking at Home with Pedatha” & “Sukham Ayu” & is offering them as gifts to two lucky dip winners for her Healing Foods event from Feb 2011 onwards for one year. She says, “Trust me, I own both the books & they are two little gems that everybody wanna treasure. Also, one could use these as unforgettable gifts for their loved ones.” Indeed delighted by your warm words of praise Siri .
