At the grand launch of “Cooking at Home with Pedatha” in ITC Grand Central, Mumbai on Dec 7, 2005, Cine Celebrity Mr. Yash Chopra said, “This is a work from the heart and I have never seen anything so full of love.” Chef Sanjeev Kapoor remarked, “I have written more than a dozen books, but this is the first time I am speaking about another cookbook.”

Felicitations were offered by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor & Ms. Rashmi Uday Singh. Chef Kapoor spoke about the authentic taste of family recipes & spoke about his own Pedatha at length. Ms. Singh simply started her talk by saying, “Pedatha, adopt me.” She stressed on the beautiful production of the book and congratulated Jigyasa & Pratibha for their novel endevaour.
